How to Survive and Thrive during the holidays

With the holidays comes fun, family and an overloaded calendar can result in stress. We also may stop doing self care during this busy time of year. For me, it used to look like not getting enough rest, over indulging in sugary, processed foods that left me feeling bloated, tired and unmotivated. A lot of my mama friends shared the common struggle of wanting a reset after back to back holidays left them with low energy and even worse: clothes feeling extra snug!

Below are some of my favorite ways to take care of myself during this busy time of year:

DETOX FACE MASK: Amazing! I use it twice a week and notice visibly brighter and more radiant skin.

DETOX SCRUB: Smells like grapefruit. I use it from the neck down in the shower every day as a body wash. My skin feels baby soft and healthy.

DIGESTION PLUS:  I take one every morning to help with regularity. I notice a difference when I don’t take it. We call it “the muffin top eraser”!

GEL EYE MASK: I keep them in the fridge for an extra cooling effect. They help with puffy tired looking eyes and it’s probably my favorite product. I wear them every single morning when I drink my tea and map out my day.

FIZZ STICKS:  Wow! These are a game changer! I mix one of these packets (they come in 3 flavors: citrus, pomegranate, or blackberry) with a La Croix water and it takes me from “ugh I don’t want to get off the couch” to having enough energy to steam clean the floors!
