Apricot Frozen Yogurt with Grilled Stone Fruit

An easy, healthy homemade frozen yogurt recipe. Low in sugar, high in protein. Perfect compliment to grilled fruit. We topped with grilled apriums. Would also be delicious with apricots, nectarines, peaches or plums!

Ingredients

  • 3 c greek yogurt plain or vanilla flavor
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbs honey
  • 1 can apricots 15oz, packed in juice

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in food processor until creamy (2-3 minutes). Freeze in air-tight container for a minimum of 8 hours. Stores in freezer up to 1 month. 

Recipe Notes

Top with grilled stone fruit, drizzled dark chocolate, slivered almonds (honey roasted if possible!) and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
