An easy, healthy homemade frozen yogurt recipe. Low in sugar, high in protein. Perfect compliment to grilled fruit. We topped with grilled apriums. Would also be delicious with apricots, nectarines, peaches or plums!
Blend all ingredients in food processor until creamy (2-3 minutes). Freeze in air-tight container for a minimum of 8 hours. Stores in freezer up to 1 month.
Top with grilled stone fruit, drizzled dark chocolate, slivered almonds (honey roasted if possible!) and a sprinkling of cinnamon.
